Morgan Marhefka earned her RN from County College of Morris as part of the NJ STARS Program in 2011. As she worked full time at Chilton Medical Center she graduated Cum Laude with her BSN from Ramapo College in 2013 and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing when she graduated with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University in 2018. At Chilton, Morgan started on the medical/surgical units but spent most of her career in the Emergency Department and became a certified emergency nurse in 2015. In the ED she worked as a charge nurse and rotated through all areas- triage, pediatric ER, fast track and the main ER. Morgan has worked for Advocare Aroesty ENT since December 2018.  Coming from the past paced ER she has gained a love for the intracacy of the specialty of ENT. She enjoys treating both adults and children.
