Never place anything in your ear to clean them.  Cerumen build up is the ear's natural way to help keep foreign bodies from getting inside your ear.  Some may develop more than others . Some may have different cerumen consistencies. 1 drop of mineral oil weekly can help prevent cerumen build up. Ask your provider what is best for you!!
